SOCIAL ORPHANS OF INNOVATION IN THE FIELD OF JUVENILE JUSTICE
Abstract
Th e article is devoted to consideration of innovation in the fi eld of juvenile justice through the prism
of social impact. In Russia, along with the improvement of legal structures, extrajudicial practices
of legal confl ict are emerging, i.e. the application of compulsory educational measures to juveniles.
Understanding what society will have to face in terms of the social consequences of juvenile justice is
analyzing problems arising in practice its operation in other countries. A variety of agencies are able to
exert uncontrolled intervention in the aff airs of the family. A natural right of parents to raise their child
in their chosen values may lead to a blurring of functions of the family breach nature of socialization
