RESOURCES’ ACTUALIZATION AND DYNAMICS OF PROFESSIONAL FORMATION OF REPRESENTATIVES OF HELPING PROFESSIONS
Abstract
The article considers the connection between different types of external and internal resources, measures of their actualization, dynamics of subjects’ professional formation (PFS) — there are development, involution and destructive processes of representatives of helping professions (148 managers, 135 high school teachers, 92 teachers). It was found that the most active professional development, occurring during the first half of the teachers’ career with weak actualization of different resources, at 35 to 40 years is replaced by severe destructive processes. The optimal dynamics of PFS can be considered more of high school teachers and managers, combined with the actualization of different kinds of resources. Representatives of different professions are characterized by specific dynamics of the PFS, patterns of actualized resources, especially destructions; all have poorly coordinated actualization of resources and processes of evolution / involution of different systems.
