The article presents a comprehensive study of the impact of migration flows from Uzbekistan on Eurasian integration. The socio-cultural experience of Uzbek migrants and their adaptation in a new environment in a diverse cultural setting is analysed. Uzbek migrants living in the Moscow metropolis are considered as a special group forming their socio-cultural experience in a new social context. The purpose and tasks of the research are comprehensive sociological analysis of the migration experience of Uzbek citizens on the example of the Moscow metropolis; coverage of the social and economic dynamics of migration flows from Uzbekistan to the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union and specifically to Russia. The study used statistical data from official documents and reports on the situation on the labour market in Uzbekistan to assess the dynamics and structure of migration flows and to identify key trends. An empirical sociological study conducted by means of a structured survey of Uzbek migrants in the Moscow metropolitan area has made it possible to form an understanding of the main sociological aspects of migration processes: quantitative and qualitative characteristics of labour migration from Uzbekistan, the degree of social and cultural adaptation, and strategies for the behaviour of migrant workers. Based on the data obtained, key factors for the development of sustainable strategies for the socio-cultural integration of Uzbek migrants in the Eurasian space are identified. It is concluded that deeper socio-economic integration of Uzbekistan with the EAEU can become a significant driver of economic and socio-cultural cooperation. Recommendations for state and public institutions aimed at creating a supportive environment for Uzbek migrants, taking into account the national interests of Russia, have been developed.
