Method of semantic differential in sociological research (the experience of application)

This article focuses on the experience of applying the method of the semantic differential in sociological research. The author gives a description of the classic test developed of Osgood as well as her own modification of this method applied to the study of ethnic and political stereotypes and value concepts. The article also describes the results of using the method and indicates the specifics of the construction of scales. Refs 9. Tables 2.
